Hello Manasi! My greatest resource has been Instagram. I followed about 300 people all on the keto diet (my favourite account is @elle_herself but there’s heaps). To be honest, I eat a lot of chicken with veg or avocado. Fajitas with low carb wraps, chicken parmigiana using parmesan/almond meal instead of bread crumbs, etc. I basically type into google what I want to eat, then type ‘keto’ after it… there’s basically a keto subsitute for everything!
